Sign-Up Procedure:
In order to sign up, you need to do the following (single rooms are limited; ask about Roommate Matching Service): 1. Call Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) at 1-800-955-1925 (Monday-Saturday, 9AM-7PM EST). 2. Tell the travel counselor that you want to sign up for G5-27957- Irish Adventure with the Pentagon Ski Club. 3. Mention the group code: G7-27957. Otherwise you might end up on a different group trip. 4. Make your $500 deposit. You can use any credit card except AE. Learn about Good Buy discounts. 5. You can also purchase the optional travel protection plan (insurance). This is not required and totally up to you. 6. After signing up with O.A.T. register with PSC. 7. Trip is limited to 20 people. Act Now.

Membership Requirement: Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip and throughout the duration of the trip.
Trip Insurance: There is no insurance provided by the club. We encourage you to obtain trip insurance either through OAT or Myra Altschuler of Travel Protectors LLC.(703-443-9055, myra@travelprotectors.com or a provider of your choice.
