Ski Trip Signup Form - PSC 2007 - 2008 Trip Schedule

Deposit Must Be Mailed to Secure Your Reservation
The Trip Signup Form is sent directly to the trip leader. It is the fastest way to reserve space. The trip leader will hold your space provisionally, until he or she receives your deposit. The Trip Leader's mailing address is provided at the end of the Signup Form. It is also listed in the Trip Details When the Trip Leader receives your deposit, he or she will contact you to confirm your registration.

Be sure to read the General Trip Information and Trip Signup Policies before signing up for a trip.
