PSC Bylaws

We revised our bylaws in December 2007, updating the 2004 version to clarify some administrative procedures and to bring our annual elections into synch with our bimonthly newsletter publication schedule.

The PSC is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)7 Social Club, and is incorporated in Maryland as a non-stock corporation.
